Every application is reviewed before anyone joins the collective.

We may get in touch if we need more detail. Welcome: approved applicants receive a welcome email and access to the Fractional Portal, where you keep your profile and availability up to date. Matching: when a client brief fits your experience, we invite you to review it. The executives who align most strongly have a curation conversation with us, about that mandate and never about joining the collective. We then usually present two or three executives, and the client chooses who to meet.

Senior work: when a brief fits, engagements with ambitious businesses on the challenges that need a senior leader, across industries and functions. The collective behind you: other senior executives to test your thinking with, and the support, structure and governance we keep around every engagement. Flexibility: you choose how much of your week to give. Engagements typically run 4 to 24 hours a week. Briefs worth your time: we scope the work with the business before we bring it to you, so your hours go on leadership rather than administration.

Yes. We expect you to be based in or near Zurich, or able to maintain a significant local presence. Our model relies on regular face-to-face client interaction and on-site engagement where mandates require it. Clients in Zurich and across Switzerland look for executives who understand the local business environment and can be present when needed. Mandates are centred on Zurich; availability elsewhere in Switzerland may be relevant for specific engagements.
